By purchasing training services from Club Kōtare, you agree to the following terms.

Payments & Refunds

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.

Prices and the services included with each purchase are presented at the time of purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel a subscription, email gately@clubkotare.com before the next scheduled payment is processed. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is final and will not be refunded.

Scheduling

Training sessions are scheduled based on availability and communication between the client and Club Kōtare. Purchasing a session or package does not guarantee a specific date or time until scheduling is confirmed.

Training Services

Training services are individualized based on information provided by the client and the training option purchased. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information that may affect participation in training.

Changes to These Terms

Club Kōtare may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page will show the date of the most recent update.
